Our drinking bottles are made of food-safe stainless steel, are recyclable and do not contain any coating. They can therefore be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, you should bear in mind that the painted bottles can hit other dishes in the dishwasher and, as with all painted objects, the paint can be damaged. Certain soaps can also cause discoloration. For products with a thermos function, we recommend cleaning by hand.

No, you do not need to remove the silicone cover. You can leave it on the bottle when cleaning it in the dishwasher.

The i91422 chip is glued to the bottle. The high heat in the dishwasher could cause the chip to come off. To prevent this, we recommend cleaning by hand.

Stainless steel does not actually rust. If you find red or orange discoloration, then the stainless steel on the surface has been contaminated by iron particles, which in turn oxidize and rust. Simply remove this contaminant with a non-ferrous scrubber and soap and the stainless steel will be spotless again.Please note that some bottle brushes are partially made of metal. Please note that when cleaning the inside of your bottle/lunchbox, the metal parts of these brushes will not scratch the stainless steel. It is best to avoid using such brushes to clean the inside of your bottles.

The 3in1 boxes are made by hand by a family business in India. This means that the closures may not always close tightly. The closures can be easily bent to make them tighter or looser (if necessary, use a small pair of pliers). This means that the lunch box can always be customized to give you a lifetime of enjoyment.
